The kind of stuff that Annie Mac plays on radio one but I have broad taste. Going to see chemical brothers in Brixton in December.
Movies
I love sci fi and horror movies. Not typical girlie fare i know, but, what can you do. I like zombie stuff, really scary stuff and space thrillers. The only chick flick I own is Bridget Jones and that is purely for the Firth fight scene.
Television
Love mid somer murders which is worrying at 26. I like dramas on ch 4 and BBC but can't stand sky or any channel with 'charmed' on it.
Books
Oh loads... I think my favourite book of all time is 'the picture of Dorian Grey' but I've just finished Harry Potter. I brought it with me on hols to read on the beach and got lots of sand on it. A bit too complicated but good. After a while you can't remember which character is wearing which invisibility cloak or why etc...
Heroes
Anyone who dares to be different, yet still stays a nice person as well. I can't stand arrogant t****.
Skills
I'm an English teacher at secondary school so I have all the skills that relate to that:) I also write and paint. Fairly handy with a computer too. Not sure about life skills, sounds new agey- that prob means I haven't got many:)
Goals
See below. Starting a course in journalism in September, soooo looking forward to it. Also, to go and experience lots of interesting places and meet people. On a more shallow note, to eat lots of lovely food, wear nice clothes and be decadent. Oh, and I'd also like the world to recover from it's current global warming meltdown phase but that's not looking likely. Ban SUVs!
Ideal job
I would love a job working in journalism or politics. Failing that, I guess I'm ok breaking up fights at school for the moment.
