This is David "Elsewhere" Bernal, probably the best dancer I have ever seen. Not the first guy, but the second, skinny guy in the orange sweatshirt. What he does is called popping/liquid dancing. He calls it psychadelic inspired dance styles. The crowd goes wild as he does amazing tricks with his body almost as if he has no bones. This guy became famous after this competition and went on to do commericals for Pepsi Samba, Ipod, Heineken, 7-Eleven, Volkswagen, etc. I'll post a few soon.
