There really is something in the way she moves, according to researchers.

An hourglass figure has long been perceived to be the ideal figure for a woman to have.

But New York University researchers have found that to be found attractive, a woman had to move in a feminine way - swaying her hips.

Somebody show these research findings to fashion designers who employ Size Zero models on their catwalks, and fashion editors who put starving models in their magazines, quick! How is it that the fashion world's concept of "ideal" beauty has diverted away from what the average person would rate as physically attractive, a woman with a large waist-to-hip ratio? I read somewhere that fashion designers and editors think that clothes "hang better" on gaunt models. Well, they've got that right, the clothes hang so much they could fall off their skeletal limbs.

I've been skinny, I've been chubby, now I'd say I'm healthy.

Ultimately I suppose finding a happy medium is the best, but I wish people wouldn't be so judgemental about people based on their weight. It definetly causes people to think they have to be a certain way in order to "fit in" with society.
