Quick Note on the Pet Food issue in the USA....

Apparently the pet food that has been contaminated was from China and has to do with rat poison.  The latest word is that rat poison accidentally got mixed with wheat that is used to make the pet food.  Several pets have died in the USA as a result of eating the contaminated food.

    Apparently the company never did a quality control on their product a few cats here are suffering due to this - yet the company is paying all vet bills etc... it is however hard to put a price tag on a lost pet!

      One of my Canadian friends lost her cat a few weeks ago. She now thinks it was due to the cat food she bought. I won't say where she bought it, but its an American chain and typically they get most of their crap from China.
