But we don't see them campaigning the Grey's Anatomy writers to end the use of the term "Dr. Mc Dreamy" to refer to Patrick Dempsey's amazing, swoon-worthy intelligent handsome brain surgeon, now do we? That's because if Mc Dreamy was selling Big Macs, I would buy a truckload!
