The link is for a Japanese show where comedians have to endure being chased by "demons" at random intervals in a school gymnasium for 24 hours. Each of the demons inflicts a different punishment on the unfortunate comedian to be captured. The game was conceived by Matsumoto, half of the Downtown duo, after winning the sprint race at the bigging of the show. He makes an appearance when he takes away the boardgame that they are playing as well as dishing out his own personal punishment to his comedic partner. There is something about the whole concept that I just find hilarious.
