I dunno , but I have been happily giving you folks a review (opinion) on a whole selection of books I have recently read.

But I have yet to get any feedback from anyone, am I shouting in the wilderness with no-one about??

Should I continue?

regards

Vadagh

There are a number of ways people find that content. They don't have to be Woyano members. Sometimes they may just find it through Google after looking for a review on the book. Sometimes people post things and 3 months later a whole bunch of people start commenting it. Also, lots of people read reviews but don't necessarily comment on them. How many views have your review pages got? :)

Hi - as an avid reader ( two fiction and several non-fiction books per week on average) I always read your reviews. I find them thoughtful, well-written, and they do not seem to give away too much of the plot, which must be good for potential readers. But they always seem to be about violent action thrillers which I do not like to read. Therefore I feel that I cannot comment on how good/bad/relevant they are. :D

I'm also glad you asked for feedback on your reviews. I noticed that when I review films that I have seen, I get lots of views from people interested in the film, but fewer comments. Figures that if people haven't seen the film, they don't know what to say about it! I see reviews as positive information that stimulate or deter people from reading a book or seeing a film, and I think your reviews are achieving that. Especially for those folks who are interested in your favorite genres!

Vadagh - I've read your reviews and greatly appreciated them. I haven't felt compelled to comment, but I don't feel that in any way detracts from the quality of your reviews or the effort you've made... so no, youre not wasting your time :)
