What's The Best Hosting Solution

The hosting company I'm currently with only supports up to PHP4. I'm thinking of moving to a new hosting service that supports PHP5 - can anyone suggest a reliable (and affordable) hosting company?

What specific needs do you have in mind? Do you require shell access? Ability to compile your own extensions? A lot of bandwidth and/or a lot of CPU?

  It'll basically work as an image server, so ideally a lot of CPU power and a fair amount of bandwidth. Also shell access would be an advantage, but not necessary.

I would say there are a lot of hosting services. I personally found a list with some of them which are actually free. You can take a look at http://best-hosting.xhost.ro/best-hosts.php
