Content update notification

Not sure if this is currently possible but, is it possible to get notifications when content is update? Michael has created a learning Japanese entry that is work in progress, would be nice to be alerted automatically when he has updated the content:

    I was going to mention that myself, but then I thought such a feature could be rather annoying when someone just goes in to fix a spelling error or tweak the layout and it shows as updated. Maybe if something is changed AND the content is flagged as New, then it would trigger a notification, but otherwise would not. Then again, that probably wouldn't work very well since the New flag is automatically set on everything unless someone changes it.

    I don't know. There might be a more elegant solution, but I can't think of one at the moment.
