Remember The Milk is a free on-line to-do list management service. It has all the features you'd expect from this sort of site: multiple lists, priorities, due-dates, repeating tasks, etc. Then it adds the cool stuff.

My favorite feature is the built-in nagging system that reminds you to get the job done. You can request reminders by E-Mail, IM or SMS. In addition, you can share and publish your to-do lists and create new tasks by e-mail. And there's also Atom support. Nifty!

Features:

  • Manage tasks quickly and easily.
  • Get reminded, anywhere.
  • Plan your time.
  • Organise the way you want to.
  • Work together to get things done.
  • Add tasks wherever you are.
  • Take your tasks with you.
  • Search your tasks the smart way.
  • Locate your tasks.

Oh MAN that's good! And it hooks directly into Netvibes which is great. I've signed up for that straight away. Great find Mike!

Oh man, it gets better. It totally hooks into Google Calendar too. I can manage it from there for each day. I'm really digging this!

They have an API so I am thinking of ways to add it to Woyano's Blog section.

I've come across this before, but it's not quite what I want. I'd like a to do list that can sit in my Google Desktop sidebar. I know there's a built-in task list, but it's not sophisticated enough - I need categories. Anyone come across one?
