Hi All,

We are very please to announce Woyano channels!

Now you can easily create channels to help you:

  • Organise your content effectively
  • Promote specific topics
  • Choose who can view your content (family, friends etc.)

Channels help you (and your readers) sort through what you post on Woyano. For example, you could create a channel dedicated to guitar lessons. You could then make that channel public (available for anyone to view) or choose specific people that you want to share the content with (e.g. your family).

Each channel has a direct link that you can use to send to friends and promote - your channels are also shown on your My Woyano Site start page - as well as being a sub section in thier own right.

Hope you like them!

Cool. I'm setting some channels up now. Can't seem to remove an article from a channel once I've put it there, though.

Also -- Since there are only 2 channels displayed on the main page, I'd like to be able to prioritize the channels so that my most important 2 stay on the main page.

By "main page" do you mean the your "My Woyano" home page? So you want to be able to specify the order in which your Channels are listed in the Channels "widget"?

The best thing to do is remove content from one Channel (by editing it and dragging content back to the left hand side) and then go into your new Channel and drag that content into the right hand side box.

OK -- Well I have boxes on top of each other, instead of left and right, but close enough...

I actually tried this (several times). The article removal appeared to work (it went back to the unclassified content box), and I saved the channel. But after going back afterwards and looking at the channel, the article was still there.

@jbravo - Are you are using some version of Internet Explorer? May I politely urge you to consider installing Firefox. It's a MUCH better browser and plays nice with Woyano, unlike IE which seems to hate webpages!

Also - you should now be able to remove content from a channel.
