   I work at the Smithsonian National Zoo in D.C. We have pandas, last year there was a baby [Tai Shan] Alot of people think they want to cuddle these guys. I admit they are really cute when they're small. What you can't forget is they are like bears and will tear you up without even trying. It's kinda funny that the zookeepers in other areas of the park are fed up with all the attention [and money] the pandas and the panda keepers get. We call the panda keepers panda princesses. I personally think they are pretty boring to watch, they eat their breakfast in the morning and then spend the rest of the day in the usual position, draped over a log asleep unless its too hot or cold then they spend the day sleeping in the air conditioning or perfectly heated, check out the link if you want to see more. denshttp://nationalzoo.si.edu/Animals/GiantPandas/
