Under these new terms, public policy is no longer subject to debate, discussion and disagreement over competing views and interpretations. Instead, the opposition is reduced to the status of liar. Today General Petraeus testifies before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Its Democratic Members include Joe Biden, Chris Dodd, Barack Obama, John Kerry, Barbara Boxer and Jim Webb. This would be the appropriate setting to apologize to General Petraeus for the MoveOn.org ad. Or let it stand.

            We (the US) are at war with the terrorists, alqeda, they are in Iraq, we are in Iraq. If we leave and come home, they come home with us. After of course taking over Iraq and creating a safe training and recruiting ground there. Then all of the lives lost in Iraq were in vain. Is that too difficult for your liberal minds to grasp? War is ugly from start to finish. If you want it to end it quickly, you go on the offensive, leaving the prosecution of the war to people who know how to fight it. That aint Move on . org, it aint politicians and it sure as hell aint Cindy Sheehan. General Petraeus has been in Iraq, knows what is going on there better than you Bloc or you clemmati. There is no such thing as fighting a politically correct war which is what I believe has been happening, at the expense of our troops and the Iraqi people. Have some faith in the men and women actually doing the fighting. They seem to believe in what they are doing and I believe in them. The liberals have been invested in the failure of Iraq from the start after they voted to use force in the first place. Now you have Hillary calling Petraeus a "liar" ,thats just too much. This from the woman who would be president? She has no love or respect for the military and it shows.

              there would be NO al qaeda in Iraq if we didn't bring a war there first of all!

              secondly, how many soldiers must die for a war that was based on lies and trumped up intelligence?

              thirdly, how many Iraqi men, women and children must die so that this war can continue for you neocon lunatics?
