David Beckham today refused a Chris Moyles' gift after slur on Mrs B...

Never look a gift horse in the mouth, or so they say … though I’m not really sure why, cause … well … I've never understood what that means ...

Anyway, it obviously didn’t bother David Beckham who did just that to the gift that Radio 1 horse - or in this case jockey - Chris Moyles offered him this morning. Moyles tried to give Beckham a Lilly Allen single but he refused it on the grounds that she’d been “horrible to Victoria,” and said “I won’t have that.”

Allen was quoted as saying Vicky B. was too thin, and a bad role model for children: “I don’t care how much she says it’s her natural weight, it’s bull. She gets photographed every day and doesn’t eat a thing.”

Becks, who recently stepped down from the England Captaincy, also confessed that his wife “looks great in my kit" – tho from a man who said he thinks ex Man Utd team mate Wayne Rooney was “good looking” that’s not saying much.
