..I feel now would be a good time to get to know who the Iranians really are.
I hear about Iran everyday but felt I didn't know enough about Iran, about it's people and their lives.
I only knew what I heard from powerful voices from within the media. So I decided to learn as much I could about them. Using articles, blogs by Iranians etc to help me form my own opinion and not to allow someone else to make me beleive something I hadn't checked myself.
No politics here, just people.
I found one such photo essay by Paolo Woods on Time.com and have provided the link Here.

Yeah in international negotiations they play that game... a little less trade restrictions on Iran they'll make it a little easier on the US in Iraq. A little less economic sanctions a little less Iranian arms into Iraq ( If it can be conclusively proved their source was Iran) Though it is now being understood that the men found in Iraq inciting violence and arming Shia's were members of the Revolutionary Guard and the Revolutionary Guard in Irans almost impossible to understand political structure reports to the President.
So we can see the link now...
Iran may very well be guilty of causing more tensions for the US in Iraq and that's something they need to stop. No one today should have to tolerate innocent US troops trying to bring stability to Iraq being attacked.

I have a better idea, why don't we all go and live in Montana, and let the militant Islamists take over the rest of the world, but would they even be satisfied then, I doubt it.

The whole thing frankly scares me, surely the countries currently waving the 'power stick' can go about things a little more tactfully than they seem to be recently?

Iran's state-supported most expensive and most popular show on television is about an Iranian diplomat trying to save his Jewish love interest (and other Jews) from the Holocaust.

          25,000 Jews chillin' in Iran

Nobody ever said they want Israel "wiped off the map" - pure fabrication.

President Bush had indicated in Wednesday's press conference that "if you're interested in avoiding World War III, it seems like you ought to be interested in preventing [Iran] from having the knowledge necessary to make a nuclear weapon."

Or MAYBE, if you're interested in avoiding World War III, you shouldn't care about their NUCLEAR ENERGY program and make them an ally, so you don't have to worry about them having nuclear weapons (ten years from now according to the CIA) like everyone else!

Ai yai yai - I really don't think the people will stand for any more wars beyond Iraq. We are smarter than that. Aren't we?

I've seen the show. It's aim is to show they have no grouse with jews only those occupying Certain Lands. It's strange watching a show like that in Farsi. There were 22 episodes I think... I skipped to the one where he actually procured passports for them to go to Iran. Propaganda. ....
Leni would be proud of this series.... crazy!

They also get to show that world that a state sponsored tv series acknowledges the holocaust.
