Now I know this is wierd, but hey, each to his/her own eh?
A friend and I have discussed this and we have come up with the following points I would be interested in hearing (reading) other Woyano's thoughts on:
1. Whatever he was doing in his own room, with no victim cannot surely be reason to place him on the sex offenders list
2. The cleaners entered the room uninvited
3. If the bike was stolen, could he have been charged with Rape?
4. If the hotel had Porn channels on the TV, could that be entrapment?
There's a follow up. Apparently this is a hot topic, lol.

What if, they'd have walked in on a woman using a sex toy? Or.. a cucumber substituted as a sex toy.... would they have been prosecuted then?
What a person does in private it their business... i have major problems with invasion of privacy here etc etc.
I love the idea of a porn channel being entrapment... especially as Esther has sorted the cable out here, and one of the channels is umm... adults only!
Anyway.. everyone knows that the guy wasn't really responsible for what he was doing then... it was that time of the month... his hormones were playing up and the cleaners just caught him on his cycle!
Hey you know AdGuy always gets the last word! ;)
