A recent poll by You Gov/PHI of 2000 Britons, found that 70% of respondents incorrectly said that the US had a worse record than the European Union in reducing emissions since 2000. The survey showed that a majority agreed with the false statement that since the Second World War the US had sided with non-Muslims when they came into conflict with Muslims. In fact 11 out of 12 major conflicts between Muslims and non-Muslims , the US sided with the Muslims. Those conflicts included Turkey and Greece, Bosnia and Yugoslavia and Kosovo and Yugoslavia.
When asked whether it was true that from 1973 to 1990 the USA sold Saddam Hussein more than a quarter of his weapons, 80% of UK respondents said yes. The truth is that the USA sold just 0.46 per cent of Saddam's arsenal to him, compared to Russia's 57%, France's 13% and China's 12%. It just goes to show how much leftist liberal misinfomation tends to brain-wash gullible people.
